My name is Magdalena Hadzhieva and I am the founder and owner of Facial Studio Magdalena.

I have been a licensed esthetician since 2006 and I specialize in acne treatment. My methods are based on the lifelong work of Dr. James Fulton Jr , M.D, a dermatologist who developed Retin-A and founded the Acne Research Institute. I obtained my acne specialist certification by Face Reality Acne Clinic in San Leandro, CA.

A lot of people ask me why I chose to specialize in acne and the truth is , it chose me. I battled with acne myself for many years and went through all the frustrations and anxiety that come with it. Having had bad acne myself, makes it easy for me to relate to my clients concerns and the difficulties they are encountering. Therefore I am able to communicate better with them and achieve fantastic results in 95 % of the cases I take on.

It is very exciting to be able to help people keep this horrible condition under control . I hope with this website I can reach out to acne sufferers nationwide , not just locally and lead them to clear, beautiful skin through comprehensive skin care regimen and small lifestyle adjustments. I am happy to announce that we have recently expanded and offer more available appointments and less of a wait. I have several estheticians working under my supervision in the studio and all of them have been trained personally by me in the acne treatment program. I currently concentrate on overseeing everyone's regimens and clearing process. All treatments in the spa are performed by my skin care specialists. 

We also offer waxing and tinting services , as well as non comedogenic airbrush spray tans in the studio.
